1. Information We Collect
We may collect contact details such as name, company or production site name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, role, and messages submitted through our demo or contact forms.
When a customer subscribes to KnitSure QMS, we may collect billing information, subscription records, payment status, invoice history, tenant/workspace details, user account details, and support communication.
2. QMS and Report Data
KnitSure QMS stores operational quality data entered by authorized users, including buyers, orders, styles, QC stages, defect information, inspection records, RCA/CAP reports, signatures, evidence photos, and buyer-ready reports.
This data belongs to the customer workspace. We use it only to provide, support, secure, and improve the KnitSure QMS service.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to respond to demo requests, provide onboarding, maintain customer workspaces, generate reports, manage subscriptions and invoices, deliver support, protect the platform, and meet legal or payment gateway requirements.
4. Payment and Billing Information
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateway providers. KnitSure QMS does not store full card, mobile wallet PIN, or sensitive payment authentication credentials. Payment providers may process payment details according to their own privacy and security rules.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell customer data. We may share limited information with service providers such as hosting, email, SMS, payment gateway, accounting, or support tools when needed to operate the service.
We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, payment gateway compliance, dispute handling, or protection of our rights and platform security.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational controls to protect customer data, including account access controls, authenticated workspaces, secure backups, and role-based access where applicable. No online system can be guaranteed completely risk-free.
7. Data Retention
We keep customer and service data as long as needed to provide KnitSure QMS, meet billing or legal requirements, resolve disputes, maintain backups, and support audit or report history. Customers may request data deletion or account closure subject to contractual, billing, and legal obligations.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, assigning appropriate user roles, checking data before sharing buyer reports, and ensuring that uploaded content or signatures are authorized for use.
