1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a demo, subscribing to KnitSure QMS, accessing a customer workspace, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Service Overview
KnitSure QMS provides digital quality management tools for buyer-ready reports, QI/QC records, RCA/CAP, dashboards, signatures, workflow control, and related reporting features for sweater and knitwear quality teams.
3. Demo and Onboarding
Demo requests are used to understand the customer's workflow and prepare a relevant walkthrough. Onboarding may include workspace setup, users, stages, buyers, defect setup, signatures, branding, and initial training based on the agreed scope.
4. Subscription and Payment
Subscription fees, billing cycle, package details, and any onboarding or custom setup terms will be confirmed before activation or renewal. Customers are responsible for paying invoices on time through the available payment methods or payment gateway.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment gateway providers. Their own terms, fees, authentication rules, and compliance checks may apply.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Customers may request cancellation by contacting KnitSure QMS. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise agreed.
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. Refunds, if any, are reviewed case by case for duplicate payments, payment errors, service activation issues, or special written agreements.
6. Customer Accounts and Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring that only authorized users access the workspace. Users must keep login details secure and must not share access with unauthorized persons.
7. Customer Data and Reports
Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authorization of data entered into KnitSure QMS, including buyer details, orders, styles, QC entries, defect records, signatures, evidence, and report content.
KnitSure QMS helps generate reports and dashboards from customer-provided data. Customers should review reports before sharing them with buyers, management, or third parties.
8. Acceptable Use
Customers must not use KnitSure QMS for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, harmful uploads, security attacks, spam, misleading records, or activity that disrupts the service for others.
9. Service Availability
We aim to keep KnitSure QMS available and reliable. However, service may be affected by maintenance, hosting issues, internet problems, third-party services, payment gateway issues, or events beyond our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
KnitSure QMS is provided to support quality reporting and workflow control. We are not responsible for business losses, shipment decisions, buyer penalties, rejected reports, or operational decisions made using customer-entered data.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of KnitSure QMS after updates means the customer accepts the revised terms.
